Domingo, 8 de septiembre de 2013. Hace tiempo que me pidieron algo dulce para alguien intolerante a mil cosas. Vale, a mil no pero si a muchas, casi todas incompatibles con la repostería. Las intolerancias son al trigo, maíz, avena, leche de origen animal y derivados, yema de huevo y otras como el brócoli que poco tienen que ver con el mundo repostero. La primera vez los hice tal cual pero los que aparecen en las fotos están un poco tuneados. 60 ml de aceite de oliva suave. 130 grs. de azúcar moreno.
