All breads made from Organically Certified Flours. I buy from. Sperry Brand Certified Organic Flours, form General Mills for my main Bread flour, and the Whole Wheat, and Rye come from Great River, Certified Organic. All their flours are from fields fully certified organic. Heidebrot Rye with Caraway seeds. Sour dough with Italian spices baked in. 1/2 dozen rolls,. IF you are not happy with anything I bake just bring back what is left for a full refund. Period.

Visitors to the Patio. April 13, 2015. I had some visitors yesterday, they stopped they drank and dined. They graciously thanked me when they flitted off. They were humingbirds. I don’t know a lot about birds or humming birds in particular. But it seems as though there is something going on in their tiny brains. Did they understand that I put up the feeder for their benefit? April 1, 2015. Went to Austin for a couple of days to the National Safety Council Convention and made a visit the State house. I made a few observations. In Texas a rifle is considered to be safety equipment. A few of the exhibitors were having drawings in which a rifle was the first prize. If you are a CHL holder you will get treated special and allowed to take the short line and avoid the metal detectors when you visit the capitol building. They love their bicycles in Austin. Yeah, Austin is weird.

Boat Service of Galveston. Was formed by Clifford Acosta. And James R Schroeder. In the early fifties by working a 50 foot wooden vessel named the Texas Star just transporting personnel and supplies to ships on the Texas coast. They later purchased the Coastwise Pilots INC. Which came with two more wooden vessels named the Coastwise I. In the late fifties Boat Service. Built it's first steel boats named the Buccaneer. And the Jolly Rodger. Which were the first vessels to work in the oil field.
