Northwest Cork and Fork. Adventures in Northwest Wine and Food. Tuesday, April 3, 2012. I got to visit some of my favorite wineries including Fidelitas. Plus I was also able to make some new discoveries: Market Vineyards. The food this year did not disappoint. Highlights were to lemon pasta from Tuscany Rustic Italian Bistro. Poached spot prawn with Absolut Citron cocktail sauce from Alderbrook Resort. Halibut ceviche with pepper confetti and popcorn from Palisade Restaurant. See you next year.
