Although personally, I think a woman should be able to propose at any time, but that's just me ;-) Some of the other rituals that go along with proposal: the woman most wear a red petticoat to warn the man of her intentions, or that if the man refuses he must pay the women back in fine fabric. So where did this superstition come from? Maybe I'll propose to my man tonight, hopefully he'll say yes!

Friday, February 17, 2012. The Camera Repair Shop in downtown Springfield was completely out of its era. Surrounded by wifi coffee houses, and high fashion boutiques; nothing besides the actual buildings had seen the 50's. It was in their display window that I fell in love with antique cameras. This was before I learned about twin reflex lenses, and medium format film (now that I've actually used medium format film, along with 35mm and large it is by far my favorite).
