Haven't blogged in a while coz well my results for the mid years weren't good so my mum was pissed. yeah so for the june hols i'm gonna be mugging my ass off, which is kinda good anyway. Yeah although i will and should be studying, i still have a to do list. 1 jam with the band. 2 watch all the blockbusters coming out :D. 3 go out with that arc team. 5 complete that arc album. Haha yeah, seems like allot of things. but i still need to study anyway yeah. Oh yeah, i feel bored.

Thursday, June 28, 2007. Ah blogging yet again, well time for some post diarrhoea (spelling? Well today really sucked, and i realized how crap school really is. We have teachers that really suck, holding back the entire class from lessons for their own personal gain, stuborn teachers who think of only themselves. And thats just school staff. As usual we have the 'pai kias', idiots and the downright assholes too. School, home, study, break, study, sleep. But then again, whos to say school totally sucks?

I am a friend of God. Thursday, May 8, 2008. Today is my 1st duty in Floridian as part of the DTZ marketing team. 3 different companies are marketing this project. There are total of about 15 agents (Far East marketing team, JLL and DTZ.). That there are ONLY 2 groups of buyer came to visit the showflat for the whole day (from 10am-6pm). Furthermore, 1 group is brought by Michael (marketing team ic). Definition of Good and Bad market:. Good-1 advertisement can receive 100 calls and close deal within 1 day.
