Monday, November 29, 2010. I thoroughly enjoyed Dean Sharpe's lecture today and could completely understand how one could dedicate their career to the ethics of research. His description very much convinces me that the field of game studies in a complex, multi-level research area that deserves more attention. Monday, October 25, 2010.

Sunday, 31 August 2008. The trend for targeting parents alongside children continues, with Disney's launch of a social networking site for parents - ' Disney Family Community. What better way to tie the whole family into Disney products? There is also a parents' site on Yahoo! What a shame, then, that it plays into the deficit discourses around media, stating:.
