Monday, 16 June 2014. Sam Was Home, And Then He Was Gone Again! Yeah, I almost blinked and missed it. My partner came home for a quick visit last week, taking a break from his jet setting across Australia with his current career role. Because he is home so rarely in recent times, I want to squeeze as many quality moments into our short time together as possible. This visit, this translated into a very full weekend in Melbourne. Even I'm amazed at just how much we managed to see and do in one weekend.

Baking adventures of Tray =). Thursday, November 7, 2013. Work Catering #35: Tim Tam Balls! First came the Oreo Cheesecake Balls. And now it's Tim Tam Balls! My friend showed me this recipe and my first thought was " Only 3 ingredients! So lazyyyy = =") but so delicious! Actually, don't know why I didn't think of it earlier. If you can use Oreos, there are thousands of other biscuits you can use! Just process them, mix them with cream cheese, roll them into balls and TA DA! 1 packet Tim Tams (250g).

Baking adventures of Tray =). Monday, August 11, 2014. Work catering #50: BICOTTI :D. I made it to 50 weeks catering. For work :) :) Doesn't feel like that long but it's been super fun! Hope there's 50 more weeks to go! Haha I love experimenting and finding different recipes. I still had a few packets of Oreos from last week's catering so after searching for Oreo recipes, I came across Oreo Biscotti! Biscotti has been on my To-Bake-List.
