BGE Journeys: Dogs and the Tower
http://bge-journeys.blogspot.com/2015/07/dogs-and-tower.html
The Wild and Crazy Times on the BGE. Sunday, July 19, 2015. Dogs and the Tower. We took the Big Truck into the Devil's Tower Park with the telescope to watch the climbers. It was pretty cool, we could see them nice and clear. We parked in a pull off to set up the telescope. I think these people that are climbing are crazy! And right behind us was a prairie dog colony. They are so cute. Signs read "Do Not Feed The Prairie Dogs", Why not? Live Happy and Always Go Big. Location: Devils Tower, WY 82714, USA.

The Wild and Crazy Times on the BGE. Sunday, August 30, 2015. We have moved to Glenrock WY. It was a 300 mile trip. That is at our limit. We do not like to travel more than that in one day. The truck with it's new brakes and tires worked great. The campground is in a field, But Wyoming is one giant field anyway. The park is on the Platte river. We have not walked down to see it yet. We sat outside last night and watched the moon. We took some pictures thru the telescope. This one was thru the telescope.
