Not all who wander are lost. Tuesday, January 08, 2013. Christmas 2012 with the Richey/Lawsons. Christmas Day at Val and Dave's! Everyone but Cody was there, although we got to talk to him and see him on skype. That was really cool, but sure would have loved to be able to give him a hug! Lindsay, Jake and their kids Madi and Kendra were there, as was Kelsey and her boyfriend Zeb. Hailey, too, and her boyfriend Ryan. When Cathi and the kids arrived there were lots of people! There were good ones, too!

Not all who wander are lost. Monday, September 02, 2013. On Sunday we all went down to Bellingham to Val and Dave's for Kelsey and Zeb's baby shower! Their first baby (our third great-granddaughter) is due at the end of October. It was great to be there for the shower and visit with everyone. Dave bar-b-qued chicken, we had lots of yummy side dishes and Marian made a fabulous cake and cupcakes. We played fun shower games and Kelsey and Zeb got to open lots of cute baby clothes/gifts. Zeb, Kelsey and Cody.

Sunday, December 30, 2012. On December 19 Sean and Nathan attended 169 Columbia's Christmas Mess Dinner. I went to help in the kitchen and watch some of the show. I'm pretty sure this was a historical dinner in that Sean, the Coxswain, was Mr. President, and his brother, Nathan, was the Guest of Honour. It was a hoot! They both had a great time and I'm so glad they were able to experience sitting at the head table together.. Mr President, Lt. Juliusson, and the Guest of Honour, before the Mess dinner.
