We used Trader Joe’s ready made fresh pizza dough, a few slices of fresh tomatoes, banana peppers and fresh basil, but only after making fresh pizza sauce! Topped off with mozzarella, romano and parmesan, we were in heaven! The result — a winner. Serve with fresh greens and you have a meal. 2 tbsp. olive oil. 3 cloves garlic finely chopped.

Saturday, July 1, 2017. Sunday, April 23, 2017. All the tulips are in bloom. Unfortunately, my vegetables are struggling (especially the peas and spinach). Monday, March 13, 2017. It looks like the first color of the year is in bloom. I can't wait for the tulips and hyacinth. Anyway, I went to a plant sale and bought and planted some spinach starts. In the coming weeks I'm looking to add onions and shelling peas. The weather has been particularly wet. Saturday, October 8, 2016. Putting the Garden to Bed.
