Gardening With Attitude
http://gardeningwithattitude.blogspot.com/2012/02/calling-all-clients-this-year-i-am.html
Saturday, February 4, 2012. This year I am creating somewhat of a schedule for work at your house. The purpose of this, mind you, is to alert you of coming invoices that will amount to more than our monthly agreement! But also to move things forward with planting and other projects. For things I plan to buy for you in March, I'll be adding to the invoice in February. That way I'll have money in hand when it's time to 'go'. I think this is going to be a good year! Gardening With Attitude: January 2011
http://gardeningwithattitude.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 20, 2011. Winter. Anyone who thinks there is nothing to do in the garden during the winter, doesn't garden. There is a LOT to do, from whacking back perennials to pulling out vines invading the perimeter to training young trees with a little corrective pruning. Not to mention planting the bulbs we get on sale (couldn't resist those, could we? PRUNING TREES is not always best done in the dormant season, I have learned. But I am doing it anyway. These trees need me. Time to do...Http:/ ww...

Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Getting to the Obsession. Maybe this is why I never get any new blogs out. Always wanting to add something, edit, rewrite, add pictures, etc. Anyway, this is a good example. I wrote this back in February, after our big snow. Just noticed it had been saved as a draft instead of posting. So, here 'tis. A February blog, at the first of summer:. Before I can get on to the subject of what's really possessing me these days, I have a little backlog of stuff to get out. View my complet...

Saturday, March 24, 2012. Spring is magical. I'm enamored by the baby leaves, and the unfurling flower buds. These dogwood flowers are not quite ready to face the sun. These, on the other hand, are wide open to a bright blue sky. Only a few yards separate the two trees. It's all about sunlight, my dears. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Promote Your Page Too. Rocky Mountain gardening is. Month-by-Month Gardening Rocky Mountain. What To Do Each Month To Have A Beautiful Garden All Year. Weather is fickle here; from extreme temperature fluctuations, plant-damaging late spring snow storms, frosts, high winds, flash floods, drought, rain, to long periods of no rain, then hail the size of golf balls, (often called the white combine by farmers), and everything in between. Many are also available at your local garden center, bookstores, and on line at Amazon.
