Just another WordPress.com site. Mothers Day. →. The Idea of fat to fit. March 31, 2011. I’m what you might call a chubby chap, am about 18 stone and 5’7”. I find exercise hard work and find it hard to motivate myself to do it. I have played rugby for over 20 years but please don’t assume im fit as over the past season I have been coaching rather than playing and my fitness level has dropped considerably. Week 2 I started to bike 1 mile to work instead of using the car I have notice the difference already.

I had my youngest on Friday and treated him to a cream cake in town at lunch time. In the evening Tracy was ill so after I put the boys to bed I ordered burger and chips (ops).
