Is it Time for a Fresh Start? December 30, 2015. If there is something on your mind and you are worried about it, it can quite quickly grow arms and legs until it becomes all you think about. If something or someone is causing you to worry, work out who or what that is and make plans to change it. Worrying doesn’t lead to anything positive and is a waste of energy! Do you have any plans for a fresh start for the New Year? I would love to hear your thoughts on this! December 23, 2015. December 15, 2015.
