The following information regarding the reporting of streetlights:. Residents can report faulty streetlights at the following numbers:. 080 1111 556, 012 358 9999 or 012 358 2540/1 all hours, 012 339 9111 (all hours)or e-mail to streetlights@tshwane.gov.za. Information needed to ensure a quick response. Street light pole number. Detail of the problem. Contact details of the caller. Nearest street corner from faulty streetlight. Our new target is to repair faulty street lights within two (2) working days.
