Thursday, June 10, 2010. I have no idea if this pic will come through or not. It's a 360 degree panorama of a meadow about 300 yards up from the camp. Beautiful place. Buddy Mills took Sherri and I up the mountain today in his honkin big truck. We traveled roads that looked as if they haven't been driven on since last year at least. We saw some beautiful sights. Saturday, November 21, 2009. My wife stumbled upon a diet recently. I had serious doubts that any 3-day diet would make any kind of an impact and may even prove unhealthy. I guess I was wrong. There are some substitutions allowed. I didn’t know that when I first saw it, which was the first thing that turned me off. Keep that in mind as you read it and I’ll tell you about the possible changes in a minute. So, here it is:. 1 cup black coffee or tea. 1/2 grapefruit or juice (8 oz). 1 tbs peanut butter.

LCU and Best Friends. March 4, 2016. In 1983, as a sophomore in college, I was part of something new. John Paul Blankenship was forming a new mixed ensemble a capella group to travel and recruit for the college (Lubbock Christian College, at the time).
