On our 4-day journey over from Orlando, we realize that home is not where you are, where the heart is, or where you enjoy the area, but it's all about where your friends and family are. Then she decided she wanted to hold him all by herself. It's safe to say she loves her baby brother. Uncle Isaac got to meet Ezra when he and Heather brought us dinner from Pita Kabob that night.. Sunday, April 13, 2014. Emery enjoyed her first real trip to the snow (we took a trip to Calvin Crest when she was 3 months old and it was snowing). We went with my Dad and the Nickells in two cars. She seemed to like it and even went on a couple short sled rides. Back in February we went on some hikes at the nearby preserves. The Nickells came along with us at The Kaweah Oaks Preserve. Monday, July 6, 2015. Some of the people had gift for the kids when they brought dinner. One was a new toddler Bible that Emery LOVES. She even showed Ezra some of the pictures. Our first outing was to the Nickell's house for dinner and the cousins finally got to meet Ezra. The kids had been sick so they had to wait before they could meet him. Saturday the 16th we were at my parent's enjoying the evening at the church picnic when I started to notice that my Braxton Hicks were feeling different and that I was getting even more than usual. By 9:00pm I was feeling pretty confident that labor was starting so we started timing contractions! Suzette was recently offered a new position; Guest Service Manager (GSM) for the parking department at The Disneyland Resort. She's very excited to experience the new challenges, and she'll even get a little taste of what I worked during my time at Walt Disney World Resort. Her new position is tentatively scheduled to begin late August. As for me, I'm still working backstage with Fantasmic!
