Feet have to be set. (Example: taking a charge). NO extending of the arms or legs. This will be flagged. Throwing elbows or use of the elbow will carry personal foul and possible ejection. Games will be played on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m at the Boys and Girls club in Gastonia or Tryon park. There will be 2 referees at every game. Xp from the 10 yard line = 2 points. Xp from the 20 yard line = 3 points. A defensive score on the extra point try = 3 points. Forfeits go down as 19-0.
