The CCTTA is an association supported by regional bicycle clubs whose volunteers lead, organize and put on the events. The CCTTA is a 501 (c) 4 not for profit organization and is operated by a Board of Directors consisting of representatives of local bicycle clubs and other cycling enthusiasts.
