And, Meadow Haven Farm that provides us with all our meat. Now, just to find a beer CSA. :). Two kinds, no less. Red Russian (which I used for this dish) and Lacinato. So, we had a lot of greens in this dish. But, you can use whatever you have on hand. Don't you love stir-fry's? Chicken Stir-fry with cashews.

I had started with a chocolate fudge recipe but I was craving chocolate and raspberries. So, I ended up creating this yummy desert that turned out really great. So yesterday, the BF requested the chocolate/raspberry desert. He named it "log thing" so he could sing a song in it's honor. which makes me happy. :). 1 package cream cheese (8 oz).

A disfrutarlas, que solo ha costado 9 meses ;). 500ml de leche entera. 2 huevos enteros 2 yemas. 1 vaina de vainilla. 2 cucharadas de ron añejo. Hervir la leche con la mantequilla y la vaina de vainilla abierta por la mitad para que salgan las semillas. Mientras tanto mezclar la harina, el azucar y los huevos hasta obtener una pasta fluida. Añadir la leche hirviendo a la mezcla anterior, y mezclar bien para que no quede ningún grumo.
