It's the surprise of finding great food with good people, and flavors that you either have never had or haven't had in years. This was our experience at Pandan Room in Hackettstown, NJ. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Salt - Part Doo Doo. We decided to give Salt another try after several months of avoiding it since our first visit. This visit did not impress us either, and we will not be going back again. I can't get over how watery the macaroni and cheese is, I just can't.
