So now here I lie watching the clock and I can't sleep. I feel like crap as sleep keeps becoming harder and harder to grasp. I am looking over my life and struggling with issues in it. Last night I went out with my running club again for my run. We did 8.5 miles in 90 degree sunshine. I was again beat when I got home.
