Being tail end Charlie, I was in company with a person who saw the walk as a real challenge. The most popular items were the electrical appliances donated by my friend Chris. Next on the list were the cups and saucers…eek, I’m not sure who donated them and then the Tupperware, which came from my friend Jan and some of Ash’s workmates. Oh, and the paintings! How stupid 😦 I guess it’s a bit late now. Current total raised = $8033.

I wanted to see how far Café Valetta was from Shanny’s house, so I knew how long it would take me to get there for my official arrival tomorrow. I also had to make up a few kilometres. It took an hour and a quarter to walk to the café, so I just kept walking down the hill to the big shopping centre at the bottom. I’ve got to get out of here!
