Wherever I May Roam. Where I lay my head is home. Friday, June 20, 2008. Glasgow has merits, after all. Within about 15 minutes in Glasgow, I was ready to write it off and spend the days I was there doing laundry, blogging, and reading. Fortunately, I discovered that it had merit after all! Although the core of the city is far less eye catching than Edinburgh, it gets better once you start digging . We stopped for a break at a very old tea house, and enjoyed some scones with clotted cream - delightful!
