GAYSHRI'S BLOG DEDICATED TO MY GURU DR.W.E.DEMING. Sunday, March 28, 2010. Well, friends , time to "Change" topic ,. There is a thin line between Empathy and sympathy . Empathy is something where one feels a sense of belonging with the opponent or the receiver to a certain limit while constantly referring oneself to his /her position , where as sympathy , I feel , reflects being more in his/her own state but feeling pity for the receiver's situation .
