Sunday, November 15, 2009. Australian salmon have been schooling in along the coast of Sydney, from Lyon Island and down to Wollongong. They have also been schooling in Pittwater, Sydney Harbour, Botany Bay and Bate Bays and even in parts of the Port Hacking. I have even had a report of a 1.96 kilo one been caught at the Moons in the Georges River. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. I have just got back from 3 days in the Hunter Valley and 4 days up at Port Stephens. While up AT Port Stephens I had arranged a charter with Rohan from Castaway Estuary Charters. The plan was for Rohan to show myself and Dave Tosland places where we could target bream and duskies in the Port Stephens area with soft plastics and hard bodies. Thursday, September 3, 2009. Well, it has finally happened. After almost 3 years of fishing, filming, editing, re filming, re editing and more fishing, "T he Port Hacking -The Jewel of the South”. Has just gone off to the printers get pressed and packaged. I have always known that the Port Hacking can be one of the toughest estuaries to fish at times and believe me some times we did struggle. All up we had about 6 hours of footage that Carl had to edit and cut down to one hour and forty five minutes.
