Working on your joint mobility should always be your main priority. Mobility acts as the perfect warm up before starting your workout. Begin at the top and work your way down, pay particular attention to areas that feel tight or lack movement.

The Stability ball is great for working on your Core Muscles as well as your Stabiliser Muscles to prevent future injury.As the ball moves around beneath you the small stabiliser muscles must work really hard to maintain balance. A strong stabiliser system will not only prevent future injury but also produce a strong platform for your major muscles to operate off.

They are particularly effective for more advanced Core based exercises and also Sliding Lunges.
