The History of Grace Christian Center. 2013 Grace Christian Center of Oak Hill, Ohio. On October 1st, 2000 the church had it's first official service in the second floor of the D&J Tire building as Upper Room Ministries. Since then, the church changed it's name to Grace Christian Center of Oak Hill after the church developed an apostolic relationship with Senior Pastor Leon Forte of Grace Christian Center of Athens Ohio.
