Christ Church is a new church for Longbridge planted in partnership with the FIEC. We started meeting publicly on September 6th 2015 and meet weekly at 10:30am at Greenlands Social Club on Longbridge Lane. We’re a church that loves Jesus, loves Longbridge, and wants people in Longbridge to come to know Jesus and find eternal life in him. Christ Church is an independent evangelical church deeply rooted in the historic Christian faith. But we’re also supported by other evangelical churches across Birmingham.

Where to find us. Where to find us. Sunday 16 October – our gathering is at 6pm rather than 11am (due to Great Birmingham Run) *. We gather as a church family each Sunday at 11:00 at ER Mason Youth Centre. Irving Street, B1 1DH. Everyone is welcome so please do come and join us – we would love to meet you. We also gather as smaller communities mid-week. This helps us invest in relationships and share our lives in a meaningful way. In many ways our Community Groups are the life-blood of our church.

Where to find us. We are Christians who want to love Jesus more and more and help others to do the same. The kind of love we want is a grounded and life-changing experience of being in awe of and knowing an amazing person. We think this is what people exist for! Where to find us. We are a community of people committed to working out what living as followers of Jesus in 21st century Birmingham looks like. We are excited about being part of a church in our local community in central Birmingham. Before we joined The Gate Church some of us belonged to Grace Church Dell Road. Where to find us. We believe nothing new. We believe what Christians have believed for nearly 2000 years. Basically, we believe that Jesus Christ is a big deal: he is the one God and the purpose of his life, death and resurrection was a rescue mission for us. And that changes everything for us.
