The Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association then known as the Dayton Area Hospital Council started in 1936 as an informal communication forum amongst local hospital CEO's. It slowly grew into a group purchasing organization which provided supplies necessary to meet the large scale demands of hospitals and to cut costs. Prior to joining GDAHA, Bryan was the Vice President of Public Policy for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce where he represented businesses interests on numerous local, state and federal issues. He started his career as the District Director for U.S. Congressman Tony Hall where he was the local point person on issues dealing with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, tax issues and healthcare reform. He lives in Miamisburg with his wife, Karen Sollars and their three children - Jenna, Meghan and Sam.
