Today is officially DAY 1 of my 100 days to healthy. I did eat a chocolate bunny and some jelly beans, but I’m still counting it as DAY 1 because the failures go right along with the successes. I’m already down 6 pounds as of this morning! Breakfast was delicious. I bought a $3 gadget that makes poached eggs in the microwave. Less fat, less points. I had poached eggs over mushrooms I cooked in a little bit of olive oil on a crispy English muffin with a bit of whipped butter. Delicious! Have a great day!
