I started using physicsdiet.com. About a month and a half ago to track my weight loss. The website is easy to use, low friction for data entry, and very basic. I’ve managed to exercise a little bit every day since the beginning of the year. I’m feeling more energized during the day and I feel a little stronger than when I started. That’s the good from this. He does car restoration semi-professionally and offered his expertise to our amateur hour. We had his help for a week before he had to go back home, but we got a lot done. He showed us how to prep the car for paint. We wet the floor so no dust comes up. And he started shooting color. We had to let that cure for a while so we moved outside to. And paint it black.
