Thursday, January 27, 2011. Robots and Design Class. Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Apparently, Santa thought I was very good this year. I got the gift of a lightsaber! And not a cheepy one either. It's a full scale replica of Darth Vader's lightsaber! Lights. Sound. Everything! When I opened it for Christmas, I had to really pull in the reigns of super geeky-ness that would have exploded all over Mary, the Christmas tree and my new prize! Here is what I came up with. Enjoy. Take note that all of the elements from the background to the foreground have been altered, shifted or created from scratch. It was fun, but I still prefer pencil and paper.

Friday, August 20, 2010. Mary and I went to the Dave Matthews Band concert last Wed 8/17! It was a total blast out under the stars at the Usana Amphitheater. They played a lot of songs I hadn't heard live before and one song that they have never played in front of anyone before. Still one of the best bands to see live! Just them and their instruments! We are still exploring New York and trying to see new things and the main thing we did was take a road trip to Palmyra, New York, to see the Church historical sights. This was awesome! I gained a new perspective on the Prophet Joseph and the beginning of our Church. I am not sure if the pictures will be in order so I will caption them. She hides her shoes in the darndest places!
