It really seemed like summer in Paris. I rode the subway to the base of the hill where the Sacre Coeur. There is a funicular that travels up and down the hill, or you can climb it on foot. I did the latter in easy stages, stopping often in the shade to admire the view, despite fears of further injuring my leg. Links to this post.

Gravel road group rides for beginners or just for having fun. Monday, July 6, 2015. About The Geezer Ride. Usually these rides will be in the 40-50 mile range. The pace will be casual, the terrain might be challenging in spots, but typically these are set up to be as easy as they can be, yet retain interesting features, depending on the venue.
