Thursday, September 30, 2010. Flowering quince (Chaenomeles) is a very colourful tree in the spring with an abundance of flowers appearing all over the tree. This tree was purchased in the spring from a garden center near Helsinki. I repotted the tree in August because this is the recommended time for this tree, and not in the spring. Result of project buxus. Earlyer I posted an item of a project puxus (in Norwegian): http:/ gymirbonsai.blogspot.com/2007/11/prosjekt-buxus.html. And this is one of the results. Lagt inn av odoq. Since May I have done some cutting, but no pruing and no work at all on this birch. It got a new pot, and some moss to prevent dehydration. And it works. The pot i choose for this pirch is the perfect size. And it will be repotted in may next year. But in the same pot. Lagt inn av odoq. Update on an Acer.

Excited: new pots on their way. Now I am extremly excited. Mark from Walsall Studio Ceramics. Sent me a mail earlyer this day with a picture of two pots that I ordered. The order sounds like this:. Shohin Deep Oval SH-005. Handmade Round Pot (profile as SH-001. Quote: Mark: "The exact internal size of the round handmade pot is 20cm x 20cm x 3cm (outside height including feet is 4.2cm).". I really looking forward to actually have them in my hands, but I cannot wait until the spring, when its repotting time.
