Monday, July 7, 2008. Take out your violins. I feel like I'm going through life's motions all the while numb inside. I have always lived life waiting for the next thing to come by and somehow make me happy or make my life complete. It's like there is always this void and every time I think I will fill it with something, it never gets filled. I should be so happy. I mean I am. Sometimes when everything is good, you start to look for flaws I guess. I mean, what does being a mother feel like? Do I love them?

Monday, July 14, 2008. My friend Jackie was visiting New York (she's living in LA) in either Jan/ or Feb of this year. She came by to see the girls on her trip. She took pictures. Wednesday, January 30, 2008. I mean, on top of that when I took them for their eye appointments last week, the doctor said that Soleil has something on her right eye that he wants to monitor as well- so she has to go back at the end of feb for another appointment. I mean, I know I should be grateful that my daughters are fine otherwise (that we know of at this point anyway)- but I still worry. I go back to work on Monday. I cant wait- but I fear the nights. Wednesday, April 30, 2008. My thunder is gone. My sister-in-law, the one I haven't spoken to in a year. Gave birth last night. They didn't tell anyone! They had a boy and a girl! She had them at 38.5 weeks! I know I should be happy, but feel somewhat defeated. I'm a bad person, I know. I just kind of feel like.it took me ivf to get pregnant, I had twins, who were early and had to stay in the NICU. To get pregnant, had a long and healthy pregnancy and had one of each.
