Final week prac lessons. May 22, 2015. Mrs Smith's Learning Journey. Next week is my final week at prac. I am teaching all day everyday on mine and my mentors lessons. I am really lucky in the sense that my mentor knows that every teacher is different on how they deliver lessons! As students will be developing their narratives. June 8, 2015. Mrs Smith's Learning Journey. I have just completed my reflection for Assignment 3. It is really hard to self criticize. My mentor gave me great feedback and none of it was negative so I really had to dig deep to find something. It took me a while but I found it. Success #1 incorporating appropriate online learning experiences that allowed for differentiation. Success#2 collaborative smart board brainstorm that connected students prior knowledge with their new learnings and implemented HOT.

May 30, 2015. Mrs Smith's Learning Journey. Yesterday was my last day of Prac. It went way to quickly and I will surely miss the students. My students planned a surprise party and all made me gift which was pretty cool. This prac I learnt so much with ICTs. From using the class webpage each day to apps that support students learning. The future of ICTs. They are here to stay! June 8, 2015. Mrs Smith's Learning Journey. Graduating at the end of next year (Fingers crossed) there is no doubt that I will be using ICTs within my classroom. They enhance a students learning in so many ways. Teachers will not be replaced by technology, but teachers who don’t use technology will be replaced by those who do.
