Participation in Occupation II. This week we looked at assistive technology man! It was ACTUALLY interesting. we had these two guest. Gasp it was cool to hear how helpful assistive technology is. We had a chance to "play" with some of the assistive equipment and an exercise using the talking photo frame. we were to give instruction on how to make a smoothie.and it must have been successful because when we put someone to the test.the smoothie was choice as! Amanda Participation in Occupation 2. Tuesday, 4 October 2011. Ergonomics: 2. Baking a chocolate cake. I then began putting all the ingredients together found in the recipe and continued making the cake using mindfulness. I use ergonomics again while baking by making slight adjustments to the activity so I was able to bake the cake using a microwave instead of an oven. 1 1/3 cup flour. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 Combine butter, sugar and egg in a mixing bowl until fluffy.

Amanda Participation in Occupation 2. Tuesday, 20 September 2011. Mindfulness: 1. Baking Cookies :). Baking chocolate cookies: the recipe. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 1/3 cup caster sugar. 1 egg lightly beaten. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg until smooth. 2 Then stir in remaining dry ingredients until mixed through. 3 Bake at 180 degrees for 10- 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
