من تأسيس مركز أدفا، مركز إنجاز ونقابة المستشارات لتمكين مكانة المرأة. المساواة الجندرية بالسلطات المحلية. انطلق المشروع منذ ثلاثة اعوام تقريبا ،في البلدات العربية التالية: كفرقاسم ، باقة الغربية ،شفاعمرو يركا، ام الفحم، طرعان، عارة عرعرة، كفركنا وابو سنان . يهدف هذا المشروع الى تعزيز مسارات مشاركة النساء في القرى والبلدات العربية وذلك من خلال مشاركتهن في التفكير والتخطيط والعمل. ما هو التحليل الجندري للميزانيه؟

من تأسيس مركز أدفا، مركز إنجاز ونقابة المستشارات لتمكين مكانة المرأة. المساواة الجندرية بالسلطات المحلية. تأسس برنامج المساواة الجندرية في ميزانيات السلطات المحلية ، لتشجيع النساء على ان تكن شريكات وناشطات في تصميم السياسة البلدية ووكيلات للمساواة في مجتمعهن . يعمل البرنامج مع مجموعة من النساء اليهوديات والعربيات في انحاء البلاد . خلال البرنامج يتعلمن النساء عن اهمية وضع الجذور للمساواة الجندرية في تخطيط الفعاليات.

من تأسيس مركز أدفا، مركز إنجاز ونقابة المستشارات لتمكين مكانة المرأة. المساواة الجندرية بالسلطات المحلية. مجموعة كفركنا هي مجموعة نسائية مكونة من 37 امرأة ناشطة ومبادرة ، تعمل على تطوير مكانة المرأة ودمجها في المجتمع والعمل . من مشروع من البلد الى البلد يسعون لاقامة دورات حاسوب، تنمية بشرية، ت علم لغة عبرية وسباحة للنساء. ترميم واحياء المنتزهات العامة، تم فحص الميزانية ومسح للاحتياجات. خصص الرئيس قطعة ارض للنساء لتحويلها لمبادرات اقتصادية. البدء في الدورات ضمن مشروع من الى البلد للبلد بعد رمضان.
