1969 Mustang Restoration

Sunday, March 26, 2006. Final Quarter panel installation. Overlaid the new panel, cut with the panel saw, tack welded in the new panel, and then stitch welded around the panel, with welder Voltage on C and wire speed on a little under 3. Next time I will take the time to strip the gunk on the back of the panel, it bleeds through a bit when the panel gets hot. Posted by Owner at 3:56 AM. Monday, March 13, 2006. Built and welded in patch to inner Rocker. After much grinding, finally got the new piece to fit.

1969 Mustang Restoration: January 2006

http://genesmustang.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html

Monday, January 30, 2006. Cut out the bump stop, and the frame behind it. I overlapped the frame on the bottom of the frame rail, which turned out ok. For the side of the frame, I cut out a piece of sheet metal the size of the hole and butt welded it in, worked pretty good, which I had a better picture of the before. Posted by Owner at 5:54 PM. Saturday, January 21, 2006. Welded in new Frame Rail and inner trunk. Posted by Owner at 12:16 PM. Monday, January 09, 2006. Removed Rear Frame Rail.

Gene's Musings | Poetry and Book Reviews

Poetry and Book Reviews. April 30, 2016. I’ll be the gunner beside you. Walking in the night. It’s a thing, so beautiful from the start. Taught to walk with sincerity. But a great terror. To you, a beautiful terror to do your will. Like my brothers, the dutiful men. Like my brothers, a beautiful gunner. Faithful to fulfill our alliance, fully. You have me as a brother. As partner in this life. And where you go, perhaps I’ll die, but you’ll live your story. I’ll try to follow. Continue reading →. Jumping ...
