最近、長年期待されていたT細胞応答を利用するがん免疫療法が、免疫チェックポイント阻害療法 抗PD-1/PD-L1抗体、抗CTLA4抗体 と培養T細胞利用養子免疫療法 腫瘍浸潤T細胞、がん抗原受容体遺伝子導入T細胞 として、明確な治療効果を示すことが明らかになった。 その結果、Science誌はCancer immunotherapy を2013年度Breakthrough of the Yearに選び、現在、多くのアカデミアと企業が免疫療法開発に参画し、がん治療の方向性が変わりつつある。 その中間の免疫状態であれば、様々な免疫制御法 Immunogenic cancer cell deathを起こす薬剤、がんワクチン、樹状細胞やT細胞を活性化する方法、免疫抑制の解除法など を併用して 複合がん免疫療法 、抗腫瘍T細胞を体内で十分に誘導させてからPD-1/PD-L1阻害療法を行うことも考えられる。 本パネルを用いて、肺がんと同様の全国スクリーニングシステムGI-SCREEN 研究代表者 同東病院吉野孝之 を構築し、BRAF阻害剤などの開発治験と連動して効率的なスクリーニングを開始していた。 2) Seto...
