BA DipEd ADB GODA. Born in Warlingham and educated at Keele and Oxford, Charles Evans currently lives in Blackheath Village. Charles Evans lectured for 8 years at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich, specialising in Communism and Russian life and culture. In 1986 Charles Evans retired from the Royal Navy and joined the lecturing staff at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
