Gentry Farms was established over 30 years ago by Bill Gentry. After his passing the farm was left uncared for and it became overgrown and unrecognizable. Until 2009, when Mike Gault purch. Ased the farm - revitalizing it and returning it to its former glory, even improving it by adding "outhouse" facilities, shaded area for pickers, and a building to sort and pack the berries. Gentry Farm U-Pick Operating Hours:. Monday – Saturday: 7am - 5pm. Main Street, Greenville. Saturdays from 8:30am - 12:30 pm.

The blueberry orchard has over 2,400 bushes waiting to be picked. The varities of Rabbiteye blueberries we offer include Centurion, Tifblue, and Powderblue. Our blueberry season typically runs from June to August - check back for opening dates. We invite you to visit the farm, where you can participate in U-Pick or purchase pre-picked blueberries:. Spray pesticides on our blueberries. We offer water and a covered area to rest and get shade from the sun. "Outhouse" facilities are also available.

GENTRY'S FARM
Working farm is located in the gently rolling hills of Franklin, Tennessee. The seventh generation farm has been owned by our family for over 165 years. In recent years we have diversified our farming efforts to include pick-your-own pumpkins. And growing hay as well as raising beef cattle. We also rent some of the nearly 400 acres to farmers who own combines and row crop winter wheat, corn, and soybeans. Our main focus is to offer educational programs.
