One of the biggest reasons American change their clocks to Daylight Saving Time (DST) is in order to save energy. As I know,in the past, the Daylight Saving Time begins for most of the United States at 2 am on the first Sunday of April. However, beginning in this year(2007), Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 am on the Second Sunday in March. Hi,my friends, it's today!
