Down the yellow brick road. February 15, 2016. I am drawing some similarities between meeting the surgeon and meeting the Wizard. I really hope this guy is a wizard in his field. I met with several medical people this past week. I was surprised that they all recommended meditation as a means of controlling anxiety and healing. So, now I have started meditating and it actually seems to help. For now all I can say is that I hope the wizard is having a good day on Wednesday. Music for road…. Look to this day.

Down the yellow brick road. March 24, 2016. March 24, 2016. I have been getting stronger every day! When I went to hospital for Gout, at least they did my blood work. My hemoglobin was at 114, which is great (it was 71 went they originally sent me home, before surgery it was 155). Headaches… most days my head hurts in afternoon until about 8pm due to the Nitro patch that I have to use during day time for first three months… one month down, two to go. Bumpity Bump, Bump, Bump. The test was a little different this time since information from it is also used for Rehab. I had to wear a breathing apparatus which measured breathing and oxygen levels. EastEnders is a couple of years behind for us, so I have no idea if the character Eddie Moon is still part and parcel of the show in 2013! He is a looker now! I thought that I had already looked at his name on the program closing credits … I guess I didn’t! A blast from the past that I do remember…. A touch on the glam-rock type.
