ジョージ セパー George Seper は、1970年代初頭に米国ニューヨーク市で、演劇作品や俳優のポートレートを撮影することから写真家としてのキャリアをスタートさせました。 そこでヴォーグ誌クリエイティブ ディレクターのパトリック ラッセル Patrick Russell 氏と出会い、アシスタントとして3年間従事しました。 その間、著名なスイス人写真家ハンス フューラー Hans Feurer や、同じく伝説的な英国の写真家、ノーマン パーキンソン Norman Parkinson にもアシスタントとして従事しました。 セパー自身の写真家としての仕事は、当初はファッションと美容関連分野が中心であり、ヴォーグ Vogue 、モード マガジン Mode Magazine 、クレオ Cleo 、GQ Gentleman's Quarterly 、コスモポリタン Cosmopolitan といった著名誌の正規カメラマンとして活躍しました。 現在、オーストラリアのマードック ブックス社 Murdoch Books 発行の6つの料理本のシリーズの写真撮影に取り組んでいます。
