MULWALA WATER SKI CLUB. Mulwala water ski club. The oldest continuously trading club at the same premises, City Tattersalls has grown in 100 years across four different buildings from different eras, and with differing floor plates and levels. The challenge in undertaking any changes to the premises is to bring together all the disparate elements affecting the design including heritage, circulation, fire safety and buildability issues to transform the club into a modern outward looking establishment.

MULWALA WATER SKI CLUB. Situated in the NSW ski fields, Boonoona Ski Lodge is a commercial lodge of 51 beds owned and operated by City Tattersalls Club. The project involved a complete renovation of the interior public areas of the lodge, providing new furniture and furnishings resulting from the installation of a fire sprinkler system and other health and fire safety measures. All pre planning was carried out over the summer season and the work completed prior to opening of the following ski season.

MULWALA WATER SKI CLUB. Georgeson Associates provided design, documentation and contract management services to over 100 bank branches in metropolitan Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and along the eastern seaboard, in response to the merging of St George and other Building Societies during the 1990's. Although working with a standard template, bank branches require custom design and planning, and the designer’s specialist knowledge of teller security, cash security, data and communications systems.

MULWALA WATER SKI CLUB. A development located on a small rural land holding, custom designed to process olives grown on the owner’s farm. The development is a boutique olive oil processing facility and a tourist development combining the processing rooms with a cellar door retail shop, restaurant and six farm stay tourist accommodation cottages. Water recycling and on site sewerage treatment systems are incorporated into the design as well as roof solar panels to maximise sustainability.
