Friday, 27 January 2012. Betty's Breakfast Energy Bars. 100g toasted flaked almonds. 2 tsp sesame seeds. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C , gas mark 4. Heat the butter and honey in a saucepan until the butter has melted. Stir in all of the other ingredients except the sesame seeds and press the mixture into a 20cm square baking tin.
