It was so crowded that first day that we didn't get to do some of the things that we wanted to there so we quickly realized that we would have to go back one of our other days. Living Our Love Song. Saturday, January 15, 2011. Week 1 is under my belt. Apparently my house doesn't smell as good as it used to (according to my father.) Well, I'm a pastry chef, and right now this girl is lucky to make pancakes for the kids without licking the plates afterwards. I officially start the "training" part on Monday. Mentally it's tough to constantly be conscious of what you're eating and when.keeping track of calories, carbs, protein, fat, fiber.I think I've got a pretty good handle on it now.
