I have been off all medication (nerve inhibitor and muscle relaxers) since December Thanks to Cullen Haskins opening my eyes to a new way. I started a j-o-b that, for the time being, am enjoying. I also started doing therapy with Sierra Cooper at Sierra's Integrated Bodyworx and loving it! I have SO MUCH to be thankful for so stay tuned! Bad to Remember the Good.

Gereaux's Path to Walk. Tuesday, September 9, 2014. Bad to Remember the Good. I had a bit of a day yesterday, but remember today that as long as you have good people around you and faith, we can get through anything. I've said this before, but truly believe it. We are given the rough or bad days to help us truly appreciate the good days. Life isn't always wine and roses, sometimes we have to get our fingers pricked or a little tired picking the grapes to make them taste or smell a little sweeter.

Southeast Spinal Cord Injury Fund. Surgery consultation Thursday the 11th. Need to get these wounds taken care of, before Project Walk can happen. Gereaux's Path to Walk. Monday, July 23, 2012. Well as some of you know, I had my first therapy evaluation last week. I need a secon with an Occupational therapist, BEFORE I can start. Just another small hurdle. I am in waiting mode. The Red Rocket, my new chair, is doing well. I tested the lift accessory at Tarpon Point the other night, works well!
