Rockbox features a plugin loader. Plugins are dynamically loaded from disk and executed. Plugins are little programs that Rockbox can load and run. Plugins have the file extension .rock. And most are kept in /.rockbox/rocks/. Plugins stored in /.rockbox/rocks/. Can be accessed and executed from the Main Menu - Plugins. You may also select a plugin from the file browser to run it.
